DHEC Reports Over 900 New COVID-19 Cases in South Carolina Yesterday
DHEC announced another 907 cases of COVID-19 in South Carolina yesterday. Nine more people have also died as a result of the virus. This brings the statewide totals to 24,661 cases and 653 deaths. Horry County reported 115 of yesterday’s numbers. That marks the fifth straight day in a row the county had over 100 cases reported in a single day. DHEC further added 692 hospital beds across the state are currently occupied by confirmed or suspected COVID-19 patients.
