Trump Campaign Pens Cease and Desist Letter to CNN Over Recent Poll

President Trump’s campaign sent a cease and desist letter to CNN following their most recent election poll. The poll which was released earlier this week showed the president was trailing behind Joe Biden in the election by 14 points. They also showed his approval rating was down to an almost record low of 38%, and his disapproval rating increased to 57%. The president wrote on twitter claiming CNN’s polls are just as fake as their news. Now, his campaign has sent an official cease and desist letter to their president, Jeff Zucker. The letter referred to the poll as a stunt that was “designed to mislead American voters through a biased questionnaire and skewed sampling.” They claimed it encourages voter suppression and presented false views of President Trump. They’re demanding the poll not only be retracted and replaced with a new, more fair one, but that they also issue a full public apology. CNN has already rejected the request, calling the accusations baseless.
