Three People Killed, Five Injured in Drive By Shooting in Bowman

Three people were killed and five others injured in a drive by shooting yesterday. The incident occurred in the town of Bowman in Orangeburg County. Nearly 100 people had gathered for a Memorial Day cookout on Monday evening that went well into yesterday morning. It was described as a family-friendly event until gunfire broke out. The exact condition of the five survivors is not known nor have the deceased victims have not been identified yet. Names or motives of the suspects have not been revealed either but it’s believed the shooting was gang related.
