Netflix to Start Canceling if You Don’t Confirm Membership
A heads up for Netflix users…if you haven’t been watching, you could lose your subscription.
The streaming giant is offering to help customers cancel subscriptions if they haven’t watched its movies and tv shows for a year. Netflix says it will start asking inactive users if they want to keep their membership and if they don’t respond , it will automatically be canceled. The company says it wants to help people who are spending money for a service they aren’t using and don’t worry if you decide to come back. Netflix has promised to save account information for up to 10 months after cancellation. So, you can still have access to your viewing preferences.
