Man Asked To Take Down Christmas Lights

A Utah man is in some deep water with his HOA. After putting up blue Christmas lights to honor medical workers. His HOA has told him to take them down or face a $50 fine. The president of the HOA said the community has a rule that all Christmas lights should be taken down by March 1 and the man didn’t ask for permission.
