A team of European scientists have discovered a new deep-sea crustacean… and guess what they named it ‘Macrostylis Metallicola’ after the band Metallica. The band shared an artists rendering of the creature and captioned it ‘We’ve played on all seven continents, made it into the rock and roll hall of fame and now… we’re a crustacean!” The worm like creature was found in the Northern Pacific Ocean and dwells in complete darkness, has no eyes and is colorless.
