Good Samaritan Helps Cop Catch Shoplifter With Shopping Cart

Perfect timing and a quick thinking good samaritan played a role in a shoplifters arrest. The unidentified man from Georgia noticed the commotion then let go of his shopping cart in perfect time to roll into the shoplifters path and trip him up. Officers were then able to catch him and he was arrested on the scene.
