Barefoot Bistro’s Sweet & Spicy Sauce

SWEET & SPICY SAUCE
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup plus 2 TBSP Sugar
1/4 cup Water
2 TBSP Sherry
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 TBSP Crushed Chili
1 plus 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch dissolved in 3 – 4 TBSP cool water
Cook in saucepan until it slightly thickens.
