CANTON, O.H. — The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced 15 finalists on Thursday and former Panthers linebacker Sam Mills is one of them.
Mills has been named a semifinalist three times, this is his first time being named a finalist.
Five members will be selected for induction following the Super Bowl.
