Reginald Ray Hunt, “Reggie”, age 31, of Lumberton, NC died on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Robeson County, NC on November 6, 1979 to Roger Ray and Mary Veronica Hammonds Hunt. He worked in construction as a sheet-rock hanger. Mr. Hunt is survived by his father, Roger Ray Hunt and mother, Mary Hammonds Hardin and husband, Sonny; two sons William Hunt and Reginald Ray Hunt, Jr.; and a daughter, Kelsey Hunt all of Lumberton; brothers, Timmy Hunt, Dock Hunt, Roger Dale Hunt, James Hunt, Stevie Hardin, William Hardin and Isaiah Hardin; and sisters, Veronica Bridges, Angie Strickland, Debbie Coleman, Elizabeth Hunt, Crystal Hunt and Joy Byrd. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. Jim Butler officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
