Muccio, Agatha Bunny

Bunny Muccio of Village Acres, formerly of Seven Lakes, died Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at Kingswood Nursing Center in Aberdeen. Mrs. Muccio was born in Copiague, Long Island, NY, daughter of the late Elizabeth Kelly-Williams and Edward Williams. She was one of 14 children of which nine have predeceased her. She was active in the Sacred Heart Ladies Guild, a volunteer at West End Elementary, and a long-time volunteer at First Health Moore Regional Hospital. She also played golf with the Nine Holers of Seven Lakes and loved all sports. She is survived by her great loving and caring husband of 60 years Arthur; three wonderful children Bill, Joanne, and Jim who gave her nine beautiful grandchildren: Chris, Cindy, Matthew, Kim, Patricia, Tony, Kelly, Nick, and Paul; and one precious great grandchild Kylie. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of donor‘s choice. A funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Pinehurst, with the Rev. James M. Labosky officiating. A reception will follow the service in Founders Hall. There will be a Vigil for the Deceased on Friday, June 3, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Boles Funeral Home in Pinehurst.
