7/6/1914 – 5/29/2011 Dr. H.L. Skinner, age 96, passed away May 29 at Waccamaw Community Hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:30 am at the Hebron United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Hebron Methodist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Church.
