I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” II Timothy 4:6-8 (KJV) Mr. Tyrone Melvin Miller, the son of Ulysses and Romell Miller was born on August 19, 1957 in Florence, South Carolina. He departed this earthly life on Friday, May 20, 2011 in Victoria, Texas after an illness. Lovingly known as “T-Fly” and “Dancing Duck”, he attended the public schools of Florence County and graduated from Southside High School, Florence, SC. His work career was with E. I. DuPont Company, Poston Packaging Company and Mirror Image Body Shop as a Consultant. He was affiliated with Fellowship Church of God, Timmonsville, SC and Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, Victoria, TX. He was also affiliated with the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers M/C and Harley-Davidson Owners Group, Victoria, TX Chapter. Tyrone was predeceased by his father, Ulysses Miller; aunts, Herleen Rand and Icylean Melvin; uncles, Steven Becote, Andrew Becote, Jr. and Jim Martin; brother-in-law, Chaplain John B. Culp, Jr.; and a special cousin, York Rand. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish precious memories: his wife, Cynthia Antoinette Miller; children, Nickolas Y. Miller (Elizabeth), Melvin Y. Miller and Shateria McWhite; grandchildren, Gabrielle Nicole Miller, Kyson Stephen Davis and Nickolas Yvonne Miller; siblings, Terry Miller (Yolanda) and Tony Miller; father-in-law, John B. Culp; sisters-in-law, Yolanda J. Miller and Lisa P. Culp; aunts, Geneva Greene (Rev. B. L.), Lillian Martin, Gloria McWhite (John) and Elfreda McLaughlin (George); uncles, John Henry Becote and Jimmy Lee Becote; nieces, N’Tashia Culp, Victoria Culp, Judah Culp and Bria Miller; special nieces, Tamika Chantel McWhite and Tracy Chantel Thomas; nephews, Trey Culp, Michaiah Culp and Christian Miller; special cousins, Robert Rand, Bennie Greene, Jr., Rev.
