NORTH MYRTLE BEACH….Francis Pedro Kerr, 61, died Tuesday at his residence following an illness. Mr. Kerr was born Oct. 19, 1949 in Panama, a son of the late Joseph Kerr and Maria Sanchez Kerr. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving as a respiratory therapist. Surviving are his wife, Arlene K. Kerr of the home; a son, Ryan Kerr of Arizona; a brother, Robert Kerr; 2 sisters, Pat Spears of TX and Lydia Delgado of FL; 1 grandchild, 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Florence National Cemetery.
