Horry County Police To Launch Flock Camera Online Portal

Horry County police plan to launch a Flock camera online portal.

On the FlockSafety’s website, you will be able to search “Horry County” and have access to information on the Flock cameras.

The goal will be for residents to see how many ALPR cameras the department has, and to provide an overview of the department’s retention policies regarding activity counts, number of searches, and hot list activity.

Other benefits of the new website include, increased transparency with the public, live data, greater accountability and oversight, and building community trust.
