Weather Prompts CCU vs. Clemson Baseball Exhibition Cancelation

Fans who purchased tickets for the second exhibition can exchange them for tickets to a Myrtle Beach Pelicans regular-season game in 2027.

The baseball exhibition between Coastal Carolina and Clemson at Pelicans Ballpark was canceled due to weather over the weekend.

The first exhibition that was scheduled for Saturday at 4pm was played Friday night. In that game, the Tigers defeated the Chanticleers 5-1.

Due to the hurricane, the game that was initially scheduled for Sunday at 1pm was moved to Saturday at 1pm. It was then bumped up to 10am before ultimately being cancelled all together.

The match will not be made up. Fans who purchased tickets for the second exhibition can exchange them for tickets to a Myrtle Beach Pelicans regular-season game in 2027.

You can make that exchange at the Pelicans Ballpark box office or by phone during regular business hours.
