Trump To Host Meeting With AI Leaders At The White House

President Trump is set to meet with AI leaders at the White House Tuesday.

Trump is hosting the tech leaders for lunch to discuss the rapidly advancing technology. The meeting comes as Trump brushes aside AI doomsday warnings as a “hoax.”

In recent weeks, AI leaders, including OpenAI’s Sam Altman and Anthropic’s Dario Amodei, have warned about the potential dangers of AI. They’re calling for greater government oversight and global cooperation in regulating the technology.

Amodei will attend the lunch, as well as Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg and OpenAI’s Greg Brockman. House Speaker Mike Johnson will also be there.

In addition, Trump is expected to unveil America.gov. That will be a website that features an AI-powered tool aimed at helping Americans navigate governor services.
