Ocean Blvd To Close For South Atlantic Shrine Association Parade

The annual South Atlantic Shrine Association Parade is scheduled to take place. The boulevard will be closed off to traffic from 17th Avenue South to Springmaid Boulevard.

Travelers in Myrtle Beach should expect closures and delays along the South end of Ocean Boulevard on Saturday.

The annual South Atlantic Shrine Association Parade is scheduled to take place. The boulevard will be closed off to traffic from 17th Avenue South to Springmaid Boulevard starting at 8:45am. The closure is expected to remain in place until 1pm.

Parking will also not be allowed along the boulevard from 7am-1pm. An emergency access lane will be established and visitors and employees at hotels and resorts on the East side of the boulevard will be allowed to travel in that lane but it will be Northbound only.
