Myrtle Mile Race to Benefit Ryzon Refuge

Amber and Jake Polca of Ryzon Refuge were in the studio with details on the upcoming Myrtle Mile Race event.

The race will start and finish near Shelter A with a 9:00am start.

All registered participants will receive a t-shirt (if registered by 9/30) & post-race refreshments. The event is stroller friendly. Plus, Kids 3 and under free!

Ryzon Refuge is a faith-based nonprofit serving Horry County. They work collectively with the community to support the needs of mothers and their children experiencing homelessness. Ryzon currently does this through their thrift store, Ryzon Redeemery! (Located at 1514 Bus US 17 North, Surfside Beach SC 29575) Ryzon Redeemery offers affordable goods and a nurturing space where mothers and children can find support, counseling, and growth as we continue to raise funds for the housing community. Their dream is to build a safe, supportive community using tiny homes for single mothers and their children.

All proceeds from the Myrtle Mile will directly benefit the community through Ryzon Refuge!
