Three People Arrested In Connection To Drive-By Shooting

Video footage from a Ring camera helped with the investigation. 27-year-old Tyrese Suggs, 19-year-old Jquan Killings, and a 17-year-old have all been arrested and charged.

Three people have been arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting.

The situation unfolded on Tuesday in the 200 block of Martin Luther King Drive in Marion. An 18-year-old was grazed by a bullet and was taken to a hospital to be treated, but has since been released.

Video footage from a Ring camera helped with the investigation. 27-year-old Tyrese Suggs, 19-year-old Jquan Killings, and a 17-year-old have all been arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of pointing and presenting a firearm at a person, one count of criminal conspiracy, discharging a firearm in city limits, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Suggs and Killings also face one count of distributing to the delinquency of a minor. The investigation remains active.
