The Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance is asking residents to weigh in on how to improve conditions in a certain area.

The alliance met with residents to hear ideas on a range off issues regarding conditions along Broadway Street. That includes street design, landscaping, safety, and overall quality of life.

The alliance has been collecting feedback since November of last year, visiting different blocks every two months, including Ocean Boulevard and Carver Street.

Following the feedback process, the alliance plans to present recommendations to the city. Organizers are encouraging more residents to attend upcoming sessions and share their opinions on how to improve the area.

The next session is Thursday at 5:30pm, with another meeting scheduled for Monday from 10am-noon.
