Two People Injured After Car Overturns Into Ditch

Officials said that the vehicle had overturned into a ditch. The occupants were removed by "good samaritans" before they arrived.

Two people were injured in a single vehicle crash Monday night.

The accident happened around 8:15pm in the 3800 block of Claussen Road in the Effingham area of Florence County.

Officials said that the vehicle had overturned into a ditch and that the occupants were removed by “good samaritans” before they arrived.

The two were later taken to a hospital but their current conditions are unknown. One of the occupants was identified as a minor. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
