Now, doctors are sharing the best ways to prevent that. They advise going for as light a phone and as small a phone as possible. Also, avoid heavy phone cases and try to find accessories that will make holding the phone easier. They also recommend stretching your hands, fingers and wrists often in order to prevent pain.
