The Tulsa Police Department has released the toxicology report of the unarmed black man shot and killed by an officer.

Tulsa Police have released the toxicology report of Terrence Crutcher, the unarmed black man shot and killed by officer Betty Shelby. The report showed drugs PCP and TCP in Crutcher’s system at the time of his death. Shelby’s attorney says she was able to identify the danger of the drugs in Crutcher’s system and therefore the fatal shooting was justified but the Crutcher’s family still stresses the fact that Crutcher had his hands up and was walking away from Shelby when she fired.
