Swimmers in Deep Water

Authorities in Brazil have incicted US Olympic swimmers over an alleged robbery report.

Authorities in Rio de Janeiro have indicted two U.S. swimmers Jimmy Feign and Ryan Lochte who are accused of lying about an alleged armed robbery. Two other members of the swim team are  heading home after testifying about the incident. Feigen appeared before a judge late Thursday night, and will now be allowed to leave Brazil later today. Lochte, however, is already back in the U.S. without having spoken to police.
The United States Olympic Committee released a statement Thursday condoning the athletes’ behavior.
