Total spending is expected to hit a record $27.9 billion this year, according to the national retail federation– spending an average of just under $227 per person. That’s about $27 dollars more than last year. So, what are people buying dad this year? The NRF found the number one item…greeting cards, followed by clothes, and a special outing. Many surveyed also said they plan on buying dad personal care products like skincare and hygiene items.
