Empire State Showdown

The Democratic candidates debated in Brooklyn while the Republicans held events elsewhere in New York City,

It was a fierce battle in Brooklyn as the Democratic candidates tossed  attacks during their debate, with Sen. Bernie Sanders questioning Hillary Clinton’s voting record during her time as a New York State Senator, and Clinton addressed Sander’s previous claims that she is unqualified to be President. Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s campaign dodged a bullet after former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski had assault charges dropped following review of the second video of an incident where Lewandowski put his hands on a female reporter.  All this as the New York Primary looms; voters will go to the polls on Tuesday, April 19th.
