An investigation is underway following a fatal shooting in Robeson County.

Around 2pm Sunday, officers responded to UNC Southeastern Medical Center on reports of a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Authorities were informed that the shooting occurred during a domestic dispute at the Morgan Britt Park apartments in Lumberton.

24-year-old Jacari Clark was reportedly transported to the hospital by family members where he later died from the injuries he sustained.

The county’s Homicide and Criminal Investigations Division is now looking into the case. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
