Subway Offers Deal For Southwest Flyers Assigned Middle Seats

The sandwich chain will give a $20 gift card to those select flyers in which they can redeem the free offer.

Subway is offering a deal for certain flyers who may get stuck with the least favorite seat.

Southwest Airlines is ending their “open seating” policy next week. That means travelers will be assigned seating without the option to choose a window or aisle seat.

For those who wind up getting “sandwiched” in the middle seat, Subway is offering a free footlong sub. The promotion is only available for 737 passengers who fly on Jan. 27 in an assigned middle seat.

The sandwich chain will give a $20 gift card to those select flyers in which they can redeem the free offer, and you’ll have to submit a selfie to SubwayMiddleSeat.com. You must also submit proof of your middle seat assignment.
