Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To Two Minors

Jeffery Kelly was witnessed on surveillance video entering the backyard of a home through a closed gate.

A man is now facing charges after reportedly exposing himself to two minors.

On Sunday, 35-year-old Jeffery Kelly was witnessed on surveillance video entering the backyard of a home on Mimosa Drive through a closed gate. He then walked toward the house while exposing and touching himself.

The children ages 4 and 5 saw Kelly through a window. When he spotted them, he attempted to open a locked back door. He then sat in a chair in front of the window while continuing to expose himself.

Kelly fled the scene but was apprehended by police on Wednesday. He has been charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor and trespassing. He is being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
