Dillon Man Charged Following Fatal Crash

The accident happened Sunday evening along North Kershaw Street near Buckwalters Lane.

A Dillon man has been charged following a fatal crash in Florence County.

The accident happened Sunday evening when a Buick sedan was traveling north on North Kershaw Street near Buckwalters Lane.

Meanwhile, a Dodge sedan was traveling the opposite direction when the Buick veered over the center line and struck the Dodge.

The driver of the Dodge was taken to a hospital where they later died. 21-year-old Nysir Bush was identified as the driver of the Buick. He was also injured and transported to a hospital. Bush is now facing a charge of felony DUI involving death.
