Amazon Extends Return Window For Holiday Season

The goal is to make online shopping "as seamless and worry-free as possible."

Amazon plans to offer customers an extended return window for the holiday season.

For most items purchased through December 31, returns will be accepted through January 31 for a refund. Products must be in original or unused condition.

There are some restrictions including Apple-branded products that can only be returned through January 15.

Refunds will be provided if Amazon or the third-party seller receives the item and determines if it is eligible.

The refunds can take up to 30 days to process. The goal is to make online shopping “as seamless and worry-free as possible.”
