Man Faces Charges In Connection To Target Assault

The victim was transported to a hospital to be treated for injuries believed to be non-life threatening.

One man is facing charges after an assault took place at a Target in Myrtle Beach.

The incident unfolded around noon on Tuesday at the retailer located on Seaboard Street.

37-year-old Bruce Dansby reportedly hit a victim while they were entering the store. Dansby then tackled them and continued the assault before security stepped in to separate them.

The victim was transported to a hospital to be treated for injuries believed to be non-life threatening.

Dansby has been charged with assault and disorderly conduct. Records show he was also previously charged with assault earlier this year.
