Over One Million Toyota Vehicles Recalled

Toyota has placed a recall on more than one-million vehicles.

The recall covers certain 2022-2026 Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru Solterra vehicles that are equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor system.

It was placed due to an issue in which rear view cameras can freeze or show a blank screen when the impacted vehicles are in reverse because of a software error.

The problem increases the risk of crash. It also puts the vehicles out of compliance with federal safety requirements.

Owners can take their vehicle to a dealership which will update the parking assist software.
