Investigators Identify Most Victims Killed In Tennessee Plant Explosion
The people who were killed range from 21 to 60 years old.
Investigators have tested DNA to identify most of the victims killed in last Friday’s Tennessee explosives plant blast.
The “Accurate Energetic Systems” supplies and researches explosives for the military and is a well-known company. It employees some 150 people.
An explosive went off with the initial blast felt more than 20 miles from the facility. Authorities have not said what specific materials were in the building that exploded.
The investigation is ongoing, and it’s “too early” to speculate on where the explosion began. The people who were killed range from 21 to 60 years old.
