Darlington Co. Authorities Investigate String Of Golf Cart Thefts

Anyone with information regarding any of the thefts is urged to contact the Darlington County Sheriff's Office.

Darlington County authorities are asking for the public’s help with an investigation.

Several golf carts across the area have been stolen since late August. The first was a gold 2010 EZ GO stolen off North Center Road. A few days later a blue 2005 Club Golf Cart was stolen off that same street as well as a black and yellow EZ GO.

Since the first incidents, several others have been stolen as well. That includes a a silver 1997 EZ GO Golf Cart stolen off Bel Aire Circle. Off of Hartsville Highway, a white EZ GO Golf Cart with a black and garnet design on the side and front with Gamecock embroidered seats was stolen. And a white 2005 golf cart with a Clemson theme was stolen off Bethlehem Road.
