The City of Myrtle Beach is looking for partners to help develop the Arts and Innovation District.
The city has opened a ‘Request for Qualifications’ for developers interests in revitalizing the area. Officials are seeking out an experienced private developer to assist in bringing their vision to life.
An RFQ allows developers to display their expertise in similar projects. This phase will be entered with “maximum flexibility,” meaning the city is leaving what to include in the proposed development entirely up to the developers.
The city has recently invested in major infrastructure improvements in the area and some work is still underway. But officials said the district is ready for its next chapter.
All proposals are due by October 30. To find out how you can share your idea, visit CoMB.
