Second Suspect In 3 Y/O Death Case Turns Himself In

A second suspect has turned himself into authorities in connection to the death of a three-year-old.
34-year-old Joseph Waterman Jr. was wanted following an incident that occurred last Saturday along Midway Highway in Florence County.

Waterman has been charged with murder, seven counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
36-year-old Kenneth Washington Jr. was also arrested in connection to the incident. He was charged with murder after assisting Waterman as the situation unfolded.
Both are being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
