Three Officers Killed, Two Injured In Pennsylvania Shooting
The situation marked one of the deadliest days for Pennsylvania police this century.
An incident in southern Pennsylvania resulted in the deaths of three police officers and left two others injured Wednesday.
Officers were at the scene of a rural area around 10 miles outside of York. They were present with intent to follow up on a domestic-related investigation that started on Tuesday.
When they arrived the unidentified shooter began targeting the officers. The two wounded officers are in critical but stable condition. Authorities did say police shot and killed the shooter, but further details regarding what exactly happened are limited.
