The renovation project included structural upgrades, new lighting, fresh paint, and the replacement of both the generator and HVAC systems.
The reopening of ‘P-1’ comes after the ‘P-2’ parking deck on Deville Street underwent similar repairs earlier this year. The renovations to both parking decks total to around $3 million.
