Stabbing Suspect Was Out On Bond In Connection To 2022 Death

Chandler Lowry was out on bond after being arrested in connection to the 2022 death of 31-year-old Phillip Campbell.

A man arrested in connection to a stabbing in Marlboro County was reportedly out on bond at the time of the incident.

The situation unfolded over the weekend at the Amnesia Nightclub in McColl. One victim was stabbed in the chest and stomach. They were transported to a hospital, but their current condition is unknown.

Chandler Lowry has now been charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. He is being held at the Marlboro County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.

At the time of his arrest, Lowry had a bench warrant out of Horry County in connection to failure to appear in court on a 2020 weapons charge.

Lowry was also one of two men arrested in connection to the 2022 death of 31-year-old Phillip Campbell. He was shot and killed in Dillon County. Lowry was released on a $50,000 bond in connection to that incident.

The suspect was also charged with several drug crimes out of Robeson County in 2021.
