While playing for the Gamecocks, the defensive tackle had around nine sacks and 17 tackles. He also interfered with six passes thrown by quarterbacks.
Sanders earned AP second-team All-SEC last year and played in 39 games during his four seasons with the Gamecocks.
The DT was drafted with the 41st overall pick after the Buffalo Bills moved up 15 spots to pick him. He is the final bills player to sign his contact from this year’s draft class.
The team will report to training camp Tuesday.
