Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting Intoxicated Minor

Following an investigation, Haselden was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree.

One man has been charged in connection to an incident involving a minor.

Charles Haselden is accused of providing alcohol to a juvenile before having sexual intercourse with them, without their consent.

Warrants claim that due to the victim being under the influence of alcohol at the time, they were physically helpless and mentally incapacitated.

Following an investigation, Haselden was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree and giving beer or wine to a minor.

He is being held at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center without bond.
