The recall covers 2021-2024 Bronco Sports, 2020-2021 Ecosports, 2019-2020 Edges, 2020-2022 Escapes, and several others.

It was issued due to a problem with the rear view camera.

It can either display a blank image or the image may remain on the display after the driver finishes backing up, causing distraction.

The problem increases the risk of a crash and injury.

Dealerships will update the camera software free of charge.
