Walmart Expanding Drone Delivery Service To Several Cities

The drone delivery service will now be offered in Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Houston, and Charlotte.

Walmart is expanding its drone delivery service.

The retailer reported that it has made more than 150,000 drone deliveries since launching the limited service in 2021.

Walmart first tested the amenity in Dallas and Bentonville but it’s now broadening.

The drone delivery service will now be offered in Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Houston, and Charlotte.

The services will be offered at a total of 100 stores.

The retailer is the first to scale drone delivery demonstrating its commitment to leveraging technology to enhance delivery offerings with a focus on speed.
