Pawley’s Island Named “Best Beach In South Carolina”

North Myrtle Beach took the second spot and Litchfield Beach placed as number three.

Pawley’s Island has been crowned by a USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice poll.

The area was named the “Best Beach in South Carolina” for the second time.

There were 17 South Carolina nominees in the running.

North Myrtle Beach took the second spot and Litchfield Beach placed as number three.

Meanwhile, Huntington Beach was number four.

Myrtle Beach State Park also made the list further down as number eight.

Locations on South Carolina’s coast have also been featured in other USA Today 10Best contests such as Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Georgetown and more.
