Shooting In Philadelphia Claims Two Lives Leaving Others Injured

A shooting in Philadelphia left two victims dead and nine others injured.

The shooting unfolded at Lemon Hill in Fairmount Park shortly before 10:30pm Monday. 23-year-old Amya Devlin and 21-year-old Mikhail Bowers were identified as the victims who did not survive the incident.

Of the nine others injured include a 15, 16, and 17-year-old. All of the wounded were reported to be in stable condition.

Different groups of people were reportedly gathered in the park when shots were fired. It is unclear how the incident started or how many shooters were involved at this time.

No weapons have been recovered and no arrest have been made. Crime Scene Unit investigators will examine the shell casings and get an idea of how many shooters were involved and what caliber weapons they were using. Further details are limited.
