Man Arrested After Shooting Victim In Thigh In Myrtle Beach Area
Surveillance footage showed the suspect waiting for the victim, and picked up the sound of a gunshot before the suspect fled the scene.
One man has been charged after shooting someone in the thigh in the Myrtle Beach area.
On Saturday, surveillance footage captured a suspect shooting a victim with a Smith and Wesson handgun along Joseph Road.
Surveillance footage showed the suspect waiting for the victim, and picked up the sound of a gunshot before the suspect fled the scene.
The victim was not identified and their current condition is unknown.
On Sunday, 43-year-old Carlos Cruz-Hernandez was arrested in connection to the shooting. He has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Cruz-Hernandez is being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center without bond as of Tuesday.
