Over 7,000 Cases Of Apple Juice Recalled

The recall is Class II, meaning the use of or exposure to the product may result in health consequences.

S Martinelli and Company has recalled more than 7,000 cases of apple juice.

The recall was placed due to concerns of patulin contamination, a toxic substance produced by certain molds.

The recall covers cases that contained four of the company’s signature 10-ounce glass bottles per pack. There are six packs per case including over 170,000 bottles.

The recall is Class II, meaning the use of or exposure to the product may result in health consequences.

The juices were sold in several states including North and South Carolina and have best by dates of december 5th of 2026.
