Biles has won the Sportswoman of the Year Award three other times in her career in 2017, 2019, and 2020.

American gymnast Simone Biles was honored with an award.

She received another major honor during the Laureus World Sports Awards.

Biles was recognized as the Sportswoman of the Year. She earned the award over other nominees, including Spanish soccer star Aitana Bonmati, Dutch runner Sifan Hassan, Kenyan runner Faith Kipyegon, American hurdler and sprinter Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Belarusian tennis star Aryna Sabalenka.
